Nonocclusive Coronary Disease Associated with Prinzmetal's Angina Pectoris

A variant form of angina pectoris (Prinzmetal's angina) associated with normal coronaries is described. Some of the possible mechanisms of production of Prinzmetal's angina are discussed. Marked ST segment elevation and pain were accompanied by second degree atrioventricular block.
