Ebstein's Malformation of the Tricuspid Valve Associated with Valvular Stenosis and Cor Triatriatum

The case of a 39-year-old man with Ebstein's malformation, valvular pulmonary stenosis, atrial septal defect, ostium secundum type, and cor triatriatum is reported. The patient had cyanosis throughout his life but only moderate functional impairment of the heart. The mode of death suggested paradoxic embolization with the right atrium a possible source of the emboli.
