This report describes a case of Fanconi's syndrome, with multiple pulmonary arteriovenous fistulae. Fanconi's syndrome is characterized by pancytopenia and multiple congenital anomalies. Cardiovascular abnormalities, however, have not been frequently associated. This is believed to be the first reported instance of pulmonary arteriovenous fistulae and Fanconi's syndrome.
