Cervical Chemodectoma with Extensive Pulmonary Metastases

An unusual case of malignant cervical chemodectoma with pulmonary metastasis is presented. The rarity of diffuse visceral spread is emphasized and the distinction from benign pulmonary chemodectomatosis is made by both clinical and pathologic features.
